1. Keep 5 Photos Ready

  • Overall Workstation setup
  • Laptop or Desktop unit
  • Headset / External microphone
  • Wi-Fi Router / Modem
  • UPS / Power backup unit

2. Headset & Audio Setup

  • Use headset or external mic (avoid laptop built-in mic).
  • Unmute physical switch on headset.
  • Set default sound output to headset.

3. Browser Permissions

When prompted by Chrome, Edge, or Firefox, click "Allow" for all three:

  • Camera: Live webcam test (upload disabled)
  • Microphone: 5-second audio test
  • Location: Physical geolocation verification

4. 50 Mbps Speed & Scanner

  • ≥ 50 Mbps symmetric Download & Upload.
  • ≤ 60 ms ping latency directly on local broadband.
